The label on my new bottle recommends I take a higher dosage than before or than my practitioner recommends.
With the new regulations regarding Natural Product Numbers (NPNs), the indicated dosage had to be increased to meet Health Canada standards. If you achieved good results with the dosage recommended by your practitioner or the previous base dosage indicated on the label (seven drops once or twice a day or according to your practitioner’s recommendations), then it’s a good idea to continue taking this same dosage. Otherwise, you can safely increase your dosage to the number of drops indicated on the new label.

Why is the colour of the product I just bought different from the last one?
The colour of liquid supplements may vary from one batch to another. This is normal and may be the result of the product’s maturation process, not a change in the recipe. Over time, products may darken. If you notice a difference in taste or texture, contact customer service.

My product has expired. Should I still take it?
The expiration date indicates the optimal conditions for the product to be completely effective and safe. Once the product has been opened, it starts breaking down according to the conditions in which it was stored.  If your product has passed its expiration date, it’s a good idea to discard it because it may be less effective.

Are your products suited for diabetics?
Our liquid products contain less than 2 g of carbohydrates per 10 ml. These carbohydrates are found in the apple juice and glycerine.

Is there any parabens, colour or added sugar in Holizen’s liquid products?

In order to assure the quality, preservation and stability of its products, Holizen has chosen to use potassium sorbate combined with sodium benzoate in minimal quantity as preservative agent.  We can therefore avoid the proliferation of potentially harmful micro-organism.
These agents are approved by the World Health Organisation and the German Federal Association BDIH.

However, it is not recommended to drink directly from the bottle or to leave it exposed to great temperature change area such as in a car park in the summer sun.

Once opened, how long can I keep Holizen’s products?
