Prices
All prices are in Canadian money. Sale taxes, delivery and shipping fees are not included. Online prices may differ from in-store prices for a same product.

Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation, exchange or refund 
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the delivery date. An authorisation number must be obtained from Holizen beforehand. 

Returned product must be untouched and preferably in the original package. Products must come with the invoice and the authorisation number.  No exchange or refund will be allowed if the security seal is broken.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Buyer must take upon itself damages to the returned product unless the product was damaged or defective when first delivered.

After verification of the returned product, the buyer’s credit card account will be credited of the related amount except for shipping fees.

Shipping
Holizen ships products only in Canada.

Products will be sent to the postal address given with the online order. No shipment will be made to a mail box.

A 6.00$ fee applies to each delivery.

Shipping time
Products will be shipped as quickly as possible after validation of payment for the order. Shipping time may vary depending on location and product availability.

The transaction must be authorised by one of the two credit card companies mentioned above before Holizen treats the order and sends the products.
