Description:
Sumaforme is a tonic and fortificant (increasestrength and vigor). It help maintain and/or support cardiovascular health.
Medicinal ingredients - each 10 ml contains
- 2000 mg of an extract of Suma (Pfaffia paniculata) dried root
- 500 mg of a standardized extract equivalent to 2000 mg of dried
bark of Jatoba (Hymenaea courbaril)
- 10 mg of a standardized extract equivalent to 100
mg of dried flowers and leaves of Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha).
Non-medicinal ingredients
Purified water, fruit juice, glycerine, aromatic blend, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, natural fruit flavor, citric acid.
Directions (adult)
Take 10 ml, 1 to 3 times per day

Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you
are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication or if symptoms persist or if symptoms worsen. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
